Important: please read the frequently asked questions below first, to see if your question has been answered.

You can request a new password by clicking the “forgot password” option on the login screen. With this you can request a new (temporary) password. As soon as you log in, you will be given the option to choose a new password yourself. Note: this must meet certain criteria:

  • 8 characters (the more the better)
  • Capital letter
  • Lowercase
  • Figure
  • Symbol
The email address on which you received your login details is linked to your app account. Did you manually retype the e-mail address or did you copy/paste it? In the latter case, an unintended space may sometimes be added at the end. This will result in an error message. Please check this for verification.

Still not able to log in? Then contact the app contact person in your organization.

Did you manually retype the received password or did you copy/paste it? In the latter case, an unintended space may sometimes be added at the back. This will result in an error message. Count the number of characters for verification.

Still not able to log in? Request a new password (see “I want to change my password) or contact the app contact person in your organization.

The security certificate that ensures the security of personal data in the app has a maximum validity of 42 days (6 weeks). We have chosen this period of validity because the majority of crisis officers are on duty once every 6 weeks. A longer period is not desirable due to data security.

Advice: log in to the app during every standby shift. Then you will remain logged in and the content of your app remains up-to-date.
